Lovely Beards Gift Box

I purchased the gift box for Christmas for my boyfriend. When it arrived I noticed one of the oils didn't have a seal on it and looked as if some product was missing. I emailed the company and was sent a replacement. While I can't speak on the smell or quality of product, I will say I am pleased with the service I received when I had an issue.

I love the idea of this gift box! I've been wanting to get him some beard balm or oil for my boyfriend and this is nice to have both and a comb in the gift box. The service was great and it showed up on time. My only complaint would be not being able to pick what kind of oil and balm I wanted in the box. It came with the vanilla sandlewood and my boyfriend didn't really care for that smell.

I'm quite hesitant because i have skin allergies. Tried a very small amount both from oil and balm, and I'm glad I was okay. Maybe because of the organic ingredients, the Vit E and essential oils in there. Happy beard here.
