I've always had a beard, but I've really started growing some length and shaping with oils and waxes for a little over a year now.   What is the best thing about your beard? My beard portrays my personality better than I do.   How would you describe your beard? My confidence as a leader and as a MAN has sky rocketed after growing a "real" beard.   Has anything changed for you since growing a beard? I feel having a great beard makes me a better person.
